STEP-BY-STEP ONLINE ORDERING
INSTRUCTIONS
- Find your event by name.
Events are organized in two ways on this site:
- Alphabetically in the scroll-down “Ticket Search”
- By genre: Theater/Arts, Concerts, or Sporting Events
To search for all events at a particular city venue, __________?
Once you select an event, you will be presented with a list of
dates and city venues.
- Select your date and city venue.
A full list of tickets available will appear, displaying the quantity
of seats available in a particular section and row. Prices shown
are per ticket, in U.S. dollars. Unless stated otherwise, tickets
are together, side-by-side. Notes may be included in the “Comments”
section, providing further detail about the tickets listed.
- Select the ticket quantity.
Because inventory consists of premium seating, certain ticket
groupings on this site may be limited to even-numbered ticket
purchases (i.e. sold as 2 or 4 tickets together only). Please
order by phone if you are interested in odd-numbered groupings
(i.e. 3 or 5 tickets together.) We will be happy to work with
you in meeting your seating needs and preferences whenever possible.
*Please note: tickets sold in odd-numbered groupings or in larger
quantities (i.e. 5 or more tickets together) may cost more per
ticket.
Once you select your ticket quantity and click “BUY”,
the next step is to complete the secure order form.

Your Privacy
- Complete the order form.
The order form will ask for your billing information, billing
address, and shipping address. Please be sure to include a correct
email address and a reliable phone number in case we need to reach
you. An order confirmation will also be sent to your email.
- Billing Information
Please enter your credit card number accurately –
this will avoid delay in processing your order. You will
be asked to enter the 3-digit code on your credit card.
How do I find
the 3-digit code on my credit card?
Why do I need to supply the
3-digit code?
- Billing Address
The address you provide must match the address to which
your credit card statements are sent. We cannot process
an order that does not have a correct billing address
match.
- Shipping Address
Select the shipping method you desire from the drop-down
menu. See Shipping Information for descriptions. All packages
are shipped via FedEx – therefore, we cannot ship
to P.O. boxes.
If you choose to ship to an address other than your billing
address, you must complete the Shipping
Authorization Form and fax it to our office (305-538-0947.)

- Submit your order.
Review your order information thoroughly and click “Submit”
to confirm and send your order for processing. Be sure to verify
the event name, date and location for accuracy – all orders
are considered final once submitted.

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED
Expect to receive an order confirmation within ten minutes to the
email address you provided. This email should be printed and retained
as your proof of purchase. The order is successfully submitted to
our processing center once you receive the emailed order confirmation.
Your order will be processed immediately, or on the next business
day. If tickets are “in-hand”, they are shipped 1-2
business days following the submission of your order.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR
TICKETS ARRIVE
Once you receive your ticket package, be sure to check the contents
carefully! Follow this checklist to ensure you received the correct
tickets:
- Did you receive the correct number of tickets?
- Is the event name correct?
- Is the event date correct? See note*
- Is the location/city/venue of the event correct?
- Are your seats side-by-side? See note**
*Re-scheduled events will show the old date on the ticket. For
example, if you ordered tickets for a March 10 concert that was
originally scheduled for January 5, but was re-scheduled due to
bad weather, then the ticket will read January 5. This ticket
would still be valid for the March 10 show. If you are unsure,
please call our office to verify that you have the correct tickets.
**Many venues number their seats in evens and odds. Therefore,
ticket numbers 5, 7, 9 and 11, would be located side-by-side.
If you find a discrepancy in the tickets you ordered, you must
contact our office within 72 hours of receipt.
